UPSCALE DOWNSIZE

This project was a study in reducing square footage and gaining simplicity and function.  In order to maximize sleeping quarters for grandchildren of various ages , we opted away from an open concept in this 2200 square foot condo.  Rather, we selected exquisite surface materials, furnishings and lighting, and went to town on custom millwork to create focal points and increase storage.  We closed off the second bedroom to the eating area, allowing for double closets and pantry, and then we gutted everything from floor to ceiling in favour of wide plank floors, a minimalist aesthetic, and brand new bathrooms and kitchen.
